Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application (PDF)

All vendors serving food to the public must have a permit for the Richmond Remodeling Expo. Applications and $40 permit fee must be submitted to the Health Department at least ten (10) days prior to the event. Please call the Henrico County Health Department at (804) 501-4000 with any questions.
